Shipping Policy

At Virtual Kumbh, we strive to deliver your orders as efficiently and securely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping practices and guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Shipping Timeframes

The shipping time displayed on our website refers to the estimated time it takes for packages to leave our facility. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, and regional restrictions.

If you are ordering for a specific occasion or event, such as a religious celebration, we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for potential delays. Virtual Kumbh cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by third-party logistics providers.

Holiday Season Delays

During major holidays and festivals, delivery timelines may be extended due to increased demand. We will communicate any known delays through website banners and customer notifications. Customers are encouraged to order early during these periods.

Order Confirmation and Product Availability

In rare cases, Virtual Kumbh may confirm your order but subsequently learn that the ordered product is unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly and offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery Locations

We offer shipping to residential and commercial addresses. Please note the following:

  • We cannot deliver expedited shipments to P.O. boxes as signatures are required for such deliveries.

  • Standard shipping methods may be available for P.O. boxes.
     

Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday). Major holidays, such as Diwali and New Year, may require additional delivery time. We will provide notifications for expected delays during these periods.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address. Virtual Kumbh is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customs and Local Regulations

If shipping to international destinations, customers are solely responsible for complying with local import laws. Virtual Kumbh is not responsible for packages that are held, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities. Additionally, any import duties, taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend opting for shipping insurance during the checkout process. Orders without shipping insurance will not be covered for loss or damage during transit, and customers assume full responsibility for such packages.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. Virtual Kumbh cannot be held responsible for non-delivery claims under these circumstances.

Return and Exchange Policy

 

At Virtual Kumbh, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 7 days of delivery only if the package is spoiled, leaking, or defective.

  • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the cancellation process.

  • Return shipment costs will be borne by the customer, which typically range from ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 for packages weighing over 20 kg.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a full refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after confirmation.
     

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the My Orders section on our website.

  2. Click on Cancel and Return for the relevant order.

  3. Submit your order number along with photographs of the damaged package.

  4. Follow the detailed instructions provided to complete the return process.

  5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you regarding the refund status.
     

3. Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, with all boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and documents included.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Customers must first contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We generally cannot refund postal fees.

  • Non-Defective Items: If a returned product is not found to be defective, it can still be refunded within the specified timeframe. However, tampered goods will not be replaced and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
     

4. Refund Policy

  • The refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to Virtual Kumbh.

  • Virtual Kumbh is not responsible for bank fees or exchange rate charges applied by the issuing bank. These fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted, end-of-line, or clearance products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

 

6. Damaged Goods

  • We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.

  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

  • If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.
