3. Order Placement and Payment

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Prices for our products are clearly listed on the product pages and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

 

4. Delivery Policy

  • We strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeline provided at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as shipping destination and product availability.

  • In the event of unforeseen delays, we will communicate promptly to keep you informed.

  • Virtual Kumbh is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation is permitted up to 7 days after product delivery but is strictly limited to cases where the package is spoiled or leaking.

  • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence showing the damage to the product to initiate a cancellation.

  • Return Shipment Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, which typically range between ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 for packages weighing over 20 kg.

  • After the return and inspection of the product, a full refund will be issued minus the shipment cost.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after confirmation.

 

6. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the My Orders section on our website.

  2. Click on Cancel and Return for the relevant order.

  3. Submit your order number along with photographs of the damaged package.

  4. Follow the detailed instructions provided to complete the return process.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

7. Use of Products

  • Our spiritual packages are designed solely for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Products such as Ganga water and Prasad are sacred and must be handled respectfully.

  • Virtual Kumbh is not liable for any misuse or unintended outcomes resulting from the use of our products.

  • All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and multimedia elements available on this website, is the property of Virtual Kumbh.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is prohibited without prior written permission.
     

9. Limitation of Liability
